Tracey E. Hucks is trained as a historian of religion and conducts research in Africana religious studies. At Radcliffe, she will explore the complex dynamics of “lived religion,” where religion is practical, efficacious, and experiential, looking specifically at vernacular, esoteric, and healing practices in the study of Black religion.
