Lillian Polanco-Roman is a licensed clinical psychologist and a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Equity Scholar whose research focuses on the developmental and mental health consequences of racism and discrimination experiences. At Radcliffe, she will study the potential role of institutional-level and individual-level indicators of racism on suicide-related risk among ethnoracially minoritized youth.
