Erin Treacy Solovey is a computer scientist whose research focuses on enabling human-computer interaction using modalities such as touch, gestures, augmented reality, and physiological signals, often applying machine-learning methods to developing intelligent interfaces that respond to a person’s needs. At Radcliffe, she plans to work at the intersection of human-computer interaction, artificial intelligence, and neuroscience, leveraging recent advancements in brain-computer interfaces to understand and adapt to a person’s changing cognitive state in real-world contexts.
